The partnership will allow online Reiss customers send their orders back to the brand from more than 7,000 locations, including newsagents and convenience stores, across the UK.

It makes it significantly easier for customers to return online orders, as the only options previously available were exchanging items in-store for another item or a voucher, arranging a free DHL pick-up or taking the parcel to the post office.

Terri Westlake, chief digital officer at Reiss, said: “We are always striving to improve our experience for our customers and are delighted to be partnering with the trusted brand CollectPlus to provide a convenient new way for our customers to make returns.”

CollectPlus works with over 300 brands, including popular clothing retailers including Asos, Boohoo, Coast, Figleaves, JD Sports, Karen Millen, John Lewis and Missguided.

Neil Ashworth, chief executive at CollectPlus, said: “Like us, Reiss are committed to making their customers’ shopping experiences as smooth as possible and the new returns service puts control firmly with the customer.”

Reiss is a premium British brand known for its elegant and stylish workwear and dresses.
