Ralph Lauren announces departure of Christopher Peterson

Ralph Lauren Corporation announced Thursday that Christopher Peterson, President, Global Brands, has decided to part ways with the company as of May 31, 2016.

 
Peterson joined the company in 2012 and held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer until April 2015. He also served as Senior Vice President of Ralph Lauren Corporation from September 24, 2012 to November 2013 and held several senior positions at The Proctor & Gamble Company.

Peterson will work closely with Stefan Larsson, President and CEO, to transition his responsibilities. The President, Global Brands position that was created in April 2015 is being eliminated, and the company’s Global Brand Presidents will now report to Larsson, streamlining the senior leadership structure and giving Larsson direct oversight of the brands.
