New international retailers Levi’s, Skechers and eyewear brand Acuitis join domestic labels Cath Kidston, Seasalt Cornwall and Molton Brown London.

They will further upgrade the centre’s attractive retail mix, with premium brands such as Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Russel & Bromley and Victoria’s Secret Pink also confirmed.

Other aspirational labels at the new shopping destination also include H&M, Mint Velvet, JD Sports, Gant, The Body Shop and Lush.

The 800,000 sq ft Westgate Oxford is scheduled to open for business on 24 October and is expected to draw 15 million shoppers a year with a projected retail spend of over £1bn. The retail scheme houses more than 100 retailers including a 140,000 sq ft John Lewis anchor store.

“Today marks a significant milestone in our journey to create one of the UK’s largest and most highly anticipated retail and leisure destinations to open this year. In exactly six months, we will open our doors to the public, bringing them a vibrant blend of luxury and high street retail stores to be explored, alongside some of the most exciting food and drink brands the region will have to offer,” said Naomi Howard, leasing director at Land Securities.

Further names are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
