This is a part of a strategic plan by new CEO Justin Stead, who joined Radley from Aurum Holdings in 2015. The first of the new stores will be located at the Arndale Centre in Manchester and measure 65 sqm. The Customer Experience flagships will have a number of features "designed to inspire and delight customers and enhance its existing London provenance store concept."

These include an inspiration wall to bring key Radley designs to life, a customisation area with leather monogramming on a new line of small leather goods, and a gift wrapping station. Radley will also launch a "Radley Loves Manchester" ad campaign that will include customer shopping events, free monogramming, a social media treasure hunt competition, and exclusive RadleylovesMCR product in stores.

Radley was named "Britain's Most Trusted Handbag Brand" in the Mintel Accessories report 2016 and has seen a recent resurgence. It recently released a capsule collection with Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders, for which he looked to the brand's signature styles.

Radley was founded in London in 1998 and currently has 33 UK retail stores.
