Poco by Pippa O’Connor to pop up in Dundrum Town Centre

Premium jeans brand Poco by Pippa O’Connor has announced plans to open a new pop-up store at Dundum Town Centre in November following the ‘huge’ success of its first pop-up in March.

Designed by Ireland’s top style blogger, the brand is very popular among Irish consumers. It opened its first pop-up at Dundrum Town Centre in March this year, driving a 12% increase in footfall at the mall during the opening weakened.

The pop-up store’s success led the brand to extend the lease for a further three week period.

Preparing for the festive season, Poco by Pippa O’Connor is set to return to Dundrum Town Centre with a new pop-up on Level 2. The store will open on 9 November for 10 weeks and will introduce new Poco products.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Dundrum Town Centre in November. Our POCO pop-up in Dundrum Town Centre was a huge success earlier this year, so we are excited about returning for Christmas! We will have our newest styles available and two brand new POCO products ready for the store opening on the 9th November,” said brand founder Pippa O’Connor.

Simon Betty, Director of Retail for Ireland at Hammerson said the shopping centre was overwhelmed by the customer response to Pippa O’Connor’s first pop-up, “and as a result we couldn’t wait to bring her back.”

The return of ‘POCO by Pippa’ follows a number of firsts at Dundrum Town Centre including Hotel Chocolat’s debut store in Ireland and Smiggle, the Australian stationery brand, which celebrated on of its most successful global launches ever when it opened in April.
