According to our sources, Christine Jutard will start in her new role from 16th August. A graduate of the Bordeaux Management School, Pimkie's future general manager developed her career at Decathlon, then Cofidis, before taking charge of HR at Kiabi in 2009, where she was also 'Chief Happiness Officer', according to her LinkedIn profile. In 2015, she then took responsibility for the budget apparel retailer's international development. Kiabi is in sound business health, with a revenue of €1.8 billion in the fiscal year 2015-16, up 4.5% over the previous year.

As for Antoine Leroy, he took charge of Pimkie in 2011, after nearly four years as CEO of French menswear retailer Devred. His mission at Pimkie was to bring the company back to profitability and especially to reposition the brand, which was originally targeted at teenagers. He has worked on this transformation, notably by revamping Pimkie's store concept.
