After announcing its hop onto the Hudson Yards bandwagon in 2017, Swiss-headquartered watch and jewelry brand Piaget will unveil its new store concept at the grand opening of The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards on Friday.

Piaget's Hudson Yards store will serve as the model for all of the brand's new retail locations - Via Piaget

Joining fellow Hudson Yards residents like Kate Spade and Neiman Marcus, Piaget's location at the highly anticipated development is the first of its kind in the U.S. and is meant to embody the brand's spirit through a new retail concept. As luxury retailers continue to tailor their products and services to millennial and Gen-Z consumers, the luxe Piaget Salon serves as an important step in the evolution of the brand's retail offering.

Inspired by the brand's "Sunny Side of Life" motto, the salon’s color scheme focuses on gold, white, coral red, pink, yellow and the label's signature Piaget blue. Delicate gold wall coverings add a palatial aesthetic throughout the boutique's different sections, which include the Discovery Area, Open Lounge, Precious Alcove, Private Alcove, and VIP Lounge.

The stand-out offering at the new space will be the brand’s new Sunlight collection, an assortment of glittering gold and diamond pieces that will be available exclusively at the Hudson Yards location until the collection’s global launch in June.

In addition to the Sunlight collection, the boutique will also offer the full range of Piaget jewelry collections as well as the range of Piaget timepieces.

According to the brand, the new salon will serve as the model for all new Piaget retail locations.
