Philipp Plein continues its senior management reshuffle. The luxury fashion label founded by the eponymous German designer and based in Lugano, Switzerland, has issued a press release announcing the appointment of Peter Tannenbaum as CEO for North and South America.

The new executive, poached from Philipp Plein's Italian competitor Tod's, succeeds Graziano de Boni, who left last July. The latter gave a strong impetus to the label's expansion in the USA, as Philipp Plein showed in New York last February.

New York-born Peter Tannenbaum worked for 22 years with the Italian footwear manufacturer, for most of his career in fact, and recently held the post of Director of Operations for Tod's USA.

Philipp Plein bought menswear label Billionaire in 2016, and for 2017 it forecasts a revenue of €300 million. The label is busy strengthening its entire management team, to which it has recently added International Development Director Roberto Magnani and CFO-COO Edwin Navez.
