Italian lifestyle brand Paul&Shark has announced the opening of its first UK flagship store at the luxurious St James’s Market in London.

Synonymous with Italian elegance and style and known for its shark-shaped logo, the brand joins upscale retailers and fine dining restaurants such as Assos of Switzerland, Jigsaw, Smeg, Aquavit and Anzy at St James’s Market.

The 2,000 sq ft London flagship is housed in a two Grade II-listed building restored to celebrate its historic identity. The open space interior combines classic Italian elegance with modern elements, such as bespoke fixtures, plinths and shelving in polished stainless steel. The blue steel honours the brand’s maritime heritage, while the interior features minimal soft furnishings to allow customers to feel at ease.

A feature wall of digital screens provides an impactful ever-changing backdrop, showcasing brand content and concealing two luxurious fitting rooms and a customer service area.

The boutique stocks the brand’s men’s and women’s collections, further evoking the diverse soul of the Paul&Shark brand.

Founded in 1976, the label operates in 73 countries and with over 250 mono-brand stores. Paul&Shark can be found in some of the world's most exclusive shopping resorts including Via Montenapoleone in Milan, Rue du Faubourg St. Honoré in Paris, Madison Avenue in New York, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and Nanjing Road in Shanghai.
