Organic baby clothing brand Molly & Monty snapped up by Slick Stitch
Wolverhampton-based Slick Stitch has acquired British nursery specialist Molly & Monty for an undisclosed sum as part of a push to grow its brand portfolio.
This is the second acquisition in just seven months for the company, one of world's largest apparel personalisation fulfilment businesses, servicing brands and retailers with a full suite of solutions from warehousing, garment embellishment to end consumer logistics.
In November, Slick Stitch acquired Manchester-based DollyMix Boutique for an undisclosed sum.
The latest acquisition, Molly & Monty, is an organic fashion brand selling luxury children’s clothing and gifts designed and made in the UK. The brand was set up by Zoe Knapman and is available on its own online store as well as via online partners including Notonthehighstreet.
Slick Stitch CEO Inder Jain said: "Molly is a great addition to the stable, and further enhances our offering to our existing demographic. Zoe has done a fantastic job promoting the benefits of organic apparel and we are proud to be able to promote the cause to the next level.”
