UK fashion company New Look plans to relocate its London office to King’s Cross, where it has taken a lease for a space on Handyside Street, adjacent to the University of the Arts London. The brand’s new headquarters will have 123,000 sq ft of space over seven floors.

The retailer expects to continue growing and adding people to its London team, which already has 800 employees. The brand’s neighbours will include Louis Vuitton, Universal Music, Google and Havas.

Anders Kristiansen, CEO of New Look, commented: “New Look is delighted to have secured this large space in the King’s Cross development for our London base from 2018, as we continue to successfully grow and recruit.”

“This new building demonstrates our confidence in our future expansion plans and will provide a fantastic working environment for our creative and support teams.”

The building, designed by Duggan Morris, is scheduled to be completed in July 2017.
