Nars announces opening of first London boutique

Nars Cosmetics announced Tuesday the opening of its first freestanding boutique in London at Convent Garden. The new store is set to open in summer 2016.

 
The 930-square-foot store will feature sharp lines, modern amenities and a luxurious sleek design much like its current freestanding retail locations. The luxury beauty brand’s founder and Creative Director, François Nars developed the store interior in collaboration with Fabien Baron of New York-based design firm Baron & Baron.
 
“Covent Garden has become the epicentre for luxury beauty, and we are thrilled to be opening our first UK-based freestanding boutique there,” said Bethan Williams, Managing Director for NARS UK and Ireland. “We have received a lot of demand for the brand from consumers in the region and now we will be able to provide an exclusive atmosphere to experience its range of rich colours, luxurious textures, and innovative products."

Nars cosmetics are distributed globally through specialty beauty and department stores.
