Mr Porter launches exclusive limited-edition Bell & Ross watch

In its latest move to elevate the luxury watch category, Mr Porter has teamed up with watch brand Bell & Ross to release one very exclusive version of six new limited-edition timepieces for men.

The BR-X1 Skeleton Tourbillon Sapphire style debuted at Baselworld, the leading trade show for the international watch industry, last week. The limited-edition style, available exclusively on Mr Porter, features parts including the dial, the main plate, hour and minute hands, screws, the bridges and flying tourbillon cage with a unique deep-blue finish.

The full case is cut out of five blocks of sapphire and it takes several days to produce the components for this single watch.

The style watch is the most expensive item available to purchase on Mr Porter in the men’s fashion e-tailer’s seven-year history.

The site has been steadily expanding its luxury watches category in recent months, adding new brands such as Cartier, Piaget and Baume & Mercier to its line-up to meet increasing demand.
