Molton Brown, Religion & Timberland choose LDO for new stores

Published
Nov 10, 2017

London Designer Outlet has signed Molton Brown, Religion and Timberland to take up space at the fashion & lifestyle outlet centre in Wembley Park.

Bath & beauty connoisseurs Molton Brown will be opening a 775 sq ft store at the centre, where it will offer a range of shower gels, body lotions, candles and hand care products in a variety of bold fragrances and bright colours, all at outlet prices.

Additionally, clothing retailer Religion is set to open a 1,390 sq ft unit the centre, while American outdoor and footwear retailer Timberland will open a 2,400 sq ft shop.

Timberland, which is part of VF Corporation, will join other group brands such as The North Face, Lee Wrangler and Vans – all of which have a presence at the London Designer Outlet.

Finally, bed, pillow and accessories brand Tempur will extend the homeware offering with a 1,640 sq ft store offering its famous products at outlet prices.

London Designer Outlet is expected to welcome more than 7 million guests this year, as footfall increased by 3% in the last quarter and total revenue rose 4.7% year-on-year.

International tourists now represent some 18% of visitors to LDO, with 61% of visitors coming from within a 60-minute drive time of LDO, the largest and most densely populated catchment of any UK outlet centre.

LDO is also home to Europe’s top Guess outlet store, Nike, the UK’s first and only Converse shop, Superdry, Kurt Geiger, Adidas and M&S.
