Missguided expands Click & Collect option with InPost lockers

Missguided has signed a deal with InPost to offer shoppers in the UK a new contact-free delivery and returns service.

The deal will give Missguided customers access to InPost’s 24/7 self-serve parcel lockers, which can be found at local railway stations, high streets, petrol station forecourts and supermarkets across the UK.

It comes as the shift towards e-commerce continues to accelerate in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, with many Britons buying more online over recent months than ever before.

The lockers are outdoors and available 24/7, which means Missguided customers can collect or drop returns whenever they feel safe. Additionally, the lockers are self-serve so there is no interaction with another person.

Karl Harwood, head of distribution at Missguided commented, “We’re constantly looking to be on the forefront and improve our customer experience. Partnering with InPost gives us a unique position with a delivery service that is open around the clock with the added benefits of being contact-free and also more environmentally friendly than home delivery.

Offering a service that has minimal failed delivery rate is also hugely compelling.” 

Missguided is available in over 160 countries, with plans for further international expansion online.
