Michele Norsa joins Ermenegildo Zegna's board of directors
Italian businessman and former Salvatore Ferragamo CEO Michele Norsa has become a member of the board of directors of Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia, the parent company of the Piedmont-based luxury menswear label. The appointment was announced by Ermenegildo Zegna in a press release.

The other board members are Angelo Zegna, Paolo Zegna, Ermenegildo Zegna, Domenico De Sole, Henry Peter, Marco Vitale and Renata Zegna Schneider.
Michele Norsa left Salvatore Ferragamo in 2016, and was replaced by Eraldo Poletto. Norsa was in charge of the Florentine luxury label for 10 years, and was instrumental in its stock exchange listing.
He is currently a consultant to several corporations and institutions, notably as non-executive board member of Rocco Forte Hotels, and as industrial partner to the Italian sovereign wealth fund CDP Equity.
Before joining Salvatore Ferragamo, Michele Norsa worked for Valentino Fashion Group, Marzotto SpA and Gruppo Benetton in the fashion industry, and for Italian publishers Gruppo Rizzoli and Sansoni Editore.
