Marley Natural makes European debut in Paris

Marley Natural has chosen couture fashion week in Paris to debut its hemp seed-based bodycare products in Europe in an herbal themed pop-up shop in partnership with French retailer Colette.

Marley Natural is offering its herbal lotions, balms, and body wash as well as accessories supporting the image of the brand's lifestyle. The pop-up shop was curated in partnership with fashion design duo Creatures of the Wind as well as System Magazine.

Zuri Marley, Bob Marley’s granddaughter, hosted the launch event which took place on July 4 at Colette. She called Bob Marley's musical legacy and message universal.

Marley said, “By bringing Marley Natural to Europe, we are celebrating, sharing, and spreading Bob’s belief in the positive potential of the herb to heal, inspire and create.”

The pop-up shop is herbal lifestyle focused. System Magazine recruited photographer Juergen Teller to shoot a 140 page portfolio of a Canadian medical cannabis facility. In response to that pictorial, Creatures of the Wind's Chris Peters and Shane Gabier designed four styles for a limited edition capsule collection.

Creatures of the Wind's collection is comprised of a parka, fur coat, vintage sweater and tee shirt for the collection. The capsule showcases hand-drawn botanical inspired embroidery.

The collection from Marley Natural as well as the limited edition pieces from Creatures of the Wind are available online as well as at the pop-up at Colette on 213 rue Saint-Honoré in Paris.
