Mango reveals second sustainable collection, modeled by Liya Kebede and Clément Chabernaud

Mango -- committed to sustainable fashion with its "Take Action" project -- has presented the second edition of its eco-friendly "Committed" range, made from sustainable materials. The looks in this second capsule, which includes pieces in organic cotton, recycled wool and Lyocell, are showcased by internationally renowned models Liya Kebede and Clément Chabernaud.

After a successful first "Mango Committed" range last season, the ready-to-wear brand is launching a second sustainable capsule expanding its use of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. New fibers, recycled wool and Lyocell now feature alongside the organic and recycled cotton used in the first collection.

According to Mango's ready-to-wear vice president, Daniel Lopez, the future of fashion starts here. Public opinion and consumer conscience have evolved quickly in recent years, and fashion is also moving forward. Mango is committed to following a more sustainable business model. In fact, the retailer has pledged to make 50% of its cotton sustainable by 2022.

Masculine vibes, military inspirations

This second "Mango Committed" capsule features several looks with a vintage military feel, revisiting womenswear essentials with oversized masculine cuts. Key colors include tones of khaki green, brown, ochre and brick red.

Menswear is much more functional. In fact, one of the collection's standout pieces is a pair of utilitarian workwear-inspired dungarees. Men's pieces also include corduroy suits, knitted jackets and brick-red shirts.

The collection is modeled by Liya Kebede and Clément Chabernaud, photographed by Josh Olins in the wild and spectacular landscapes of Iceland.
