Luxury handbag brand Meli Melo pops up on Regent Street

Italian/English leather accessories brand Meli Melo has opened a pop-up store in Quadrant Arcade on Regent Street, marking its first retail temporary store.

The brand was established in 2005 by British entrepreneur Melissa Del Bono, who mixed her Italian and English heritage to create effortless, stylish handbags for everyday use. The brand is a go-to label for celebrities and industry insiders, with the Duchess of Cambridge, Sienna Miller, Olivia Palermo, Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Bosworth, Caroline Issa and Susie Lau favouring the designs for their quality and craftsmanship.

The 1,850 sq ft store at 82 Regent Street showcases the brand’s AW16 and SS17 collections alongside a special Christmas range which is exclusive to the pop-up store.

Spreading across two floors, the space creates a unique luxury retail experience through immersive details, such as brushed-gold accents, wood furnishings and touches of velvet.

Meli Melo has also a flagship store in London’s Notting Hill.
