Luxury cashmere brand N. Peal to open store in Mayfair

Luxury cashmere brand N.Peal, with its range of knitwear collections for men and women, has agreed on a 15-year lease with Royal London Asset Management for a store at 23 Brook Street in London.

The Mayfair store will become the brand’s fifth store in London; its flagship store has been within the famous Burlington Arcade since 1936. 

Alan Spencer, director in the Central London retail team at Savills, comments:  “As Bond Street goes from strength to strength, we continue to witness the overspill effect and subsequent improvement of neighbouring streets.  Brook Street is particularly well positioned to benefit from this and the arrival of CrossRail in 2018.”
