French high-end cashmere brand Les 100 Ciels has opened its first store in Scotland with a debut in a historical building in Glasgow.

The company has a three-year lease on the store in the busy boutique shopping centre Princes Square Mall on Buchanan Street. Other brands in the popular mall include Belstaff, Cos, Vivienne Westwood, Radley and young Scottish menswear designer Kestin Hare.
The company has only two stores in Britain with the other being an established flagship in St Christopher’s Place in London. It also has a concession in Ireland’s largest department store, Arnotts in Dublin.
The company is known for its ultra-simple pieces for women and kids that come at premium prices.
Les 100 Ciels’ biggest distribution is in Asia where it has stores spread across a number of cities in mainland China as well as one in Taiwan and a concession in Shinsegae in Seoul, South Korea.
