Lady Gaga rebrands cosmetics line, inks Sephora deal
Lady Gaga's vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics brand Haus Laboratories is getting a revamp and new retail partner.
Under a new name, Haus Labs will officially launch on June 9 at Hauslabs.com globally, as well as at Sephora in the United States and Canada, both online and in over 500 stores. The lineup will introduce a selection of brand-new products.
“I’m extremely excited to announce that we are bringing brand-new, supercharged, clean artistry makeup to the world, through a place that has inspired me for years, Sephora,” wrote the Grammy Award-winning musician and actress, in a post on Instagram.
“At Haus Labs, artistry is for everyone, and no one should have to damage their skin or sacrifice their principles and values to be self-expressive with high-performance makeup.”
Gaga's beauty line was first launched in 2019 exclusively on Amazon, revealing a debut collection of six makeup series. The makeup line was inspired by her early days as an aspiring artist, when she shopped for products at drugstores in New York City.
