Kirk & Kirk launch distribution division to bolster independent opticians
The British eyewear brand has launched the Kirk & Kirk Distribution division. The new branch of the group founded by husband and wife Jason and Karen Kirk is designed to introduce new eyewear labels to independent eyewear retailers and opticians.
As stated in Kirk & Kirk's press release, the new division was created to support UK opticians seeking to retain their independence, by offering alternatives to the major brands that are already widely distributed across the country.
Jason and Karen Kirk, who are celebrating 25 years in the eyewear business in 2017, will deploy their expertise to foster the retailers' marketing focus and to offer business advice.
Kirk & Kirk Distribution will start by introducing Italian sunglasses brands Eyepetizer and Hapter, and French label Bruno Chaussignand.
