The initiative has been organised successfully since 2013. This year, nine labels will take part in 'Empower Talents', one less than last year, since Stella McCartney is no longer involved: Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Dodo, Gucci, Pomellato, Saint Laurent and Kering's Eyewear division.

The Kering group's objective is to attract promising young talents in the fields of design, product development, merchandising, sustainable development, digital applications, trade marketing and communications.

The group stated in a press release that the candidates will be chosen "at the end of a very rigorous selection process." The list of internships available will be published on 21st September on vogue.it and kering.com. Applications will be open until 30th November.
