Keen links with Garbstore for collaboration

This AW18, British menswear brand Garbstore and independent US label Keen renew their collaboration with the launch of a new, limited-edition footwear style for the outdoors.

The Keen Feldberg X Garbstore boot combines Keen’s technical expertise and product technology with Garbstore’s utilitarian design approach. It features an olive grey premium suede upper, a high rebound PU midsole, webbing loops in the heel and tongue, and stitch detailing. Several technical features drawn from Keen’s archive include a high-traction rubber outsole and waterproof and breathable lining.

This is the second collaboration between the brands after the debut Uneek 02 sandal style launched for the SS18 season.

On their latest collaboration, Keen EMEA Senior Product Manager Selim Say commented: “Following our successful Uneek collab during the Summer we were super excited to work with our partners Garbstore again. With the hiking trend established firmly from the trail into the fashion lane, the Feldberg X Garbstore has authentic functionality with a cosmopolitan edge that we are incredibly proud of.”

Ian Paley, Founder of Garbstore added: “We are always keen to work on products that prioritise function, which is why we enjoy continuing to work with Keen.”

Only 500 pieces will be made available for purchase, exclusive at Garbstore and Keenfootwear.com on 10 November.
