With Chanel as guest of honor and Karl Lagerfeld as Art Director piloting the event, France's Fashion & Photography festival, which runs April 23-25, will host its biggest and most widely followed edition to date. This year's event is marked by the strong presence of emerging fashion designers from Northern Europe.

Lagerfeld's Creative Studio Director Virginie Viard will chair the Fashion Jury whose members include the designer Anthony Vaccarello, India Mahdavi and Carine Roitfeld. Chanel muse and face of the Allure fragrance Anna Mouglalis also joins the panel of judges, proving that the fashion giant will practically own this year's special edition.

The ten finalists competing for the Hyères festival's prestigious fashion prize include three from Finland -- design duo Heini-Maria Hynynen & Elina Aarela, Sophie Salekari and Elina Maattanen; two designers from Germany -- Anna Bornhold and Christina Braun, along with Sophie Harand (France), Yiyu Chen (Taiwan), Guillem Rodriguez Bernat (Spain), Wieke Sinnige (Netherlands) and Annelie Schubert, representing both France and Germany.

The Hyères 2015 photography hopefuls are Jeannie Abert (France), Sushant Chhabria (India), Sjoerd Knibbeler (Netherlands), Wawrzyniec Kolbusz (Poland), Evangelia Kranioti (Greece), David Magnusson (Sweden), Filippo Patrese (Italy), Thomas Rousset (France), Polly Tootal (Great Britain) and Oezden Yorulmaz
representing Germany.
