JD Williams doubles up on spring campaign launches

Published
Apr 13, 2023

JD Williams is in for a busy SS23, launching not just one promotional campaign but two.

JD Williams' ambassadors Davina McCall and Amanda Holden

‘From looking good to feeling great’, the first is called ‘Find Your Style’ with a campaign that focuses on hosting at home "and making moments extra special for family and friends, with a little bit of sparkle this spring”.

The second is a ‘Ways to Wear’ campaign, showing ‘mid-life woman’ customers how to style clothing in multiple ways for different occasions

The ‘Find Your Style’ campaign combines fashion and home products in curated edits. It features its brand ambassadors Davina McCall and Amanda Holden sporting items from the ‘Happy Host’ collection now available online

“Looking like the perfect hosts sipping cocktails and having fun together” Holden models the White Single-Breasted Blazer (£60) and Wide Leg Trouser (£32), while McCall wears the Nobody's Child Elora Midi Dress (£75).

Also featured are Holden wearing a Linen Printed Shirt (£28), Linen Trouser (£28), Joe Browns Carnival Embroidery Jeans (£55), and Classic White Shirt (£30), while McCall wears a Whistles Emmie linen Jumpsuit (£139), and 24/7Skinny Jeans (£24) teamed with a Blue Stitch V-Neck Jumper (£32).

Esme Stone, the Head of Brand at JD Williams, said: “The campaign… is aimed at style-conscious women looking for inspirational fashion and home ideas that offer versatility without breaking the bank.”

The campaign also includes a JD Williams radio competition on Heart where listeners can win £1,000 to spend on the website.

And the second campaign is more targeted, centred on the brand’s focus on mid-life women with a campaign that encourages customers “to shop fewer pieces but instead invest in quality basics that can be styled numerous ways”.

The fashion retailer has curated an affordable collection of pieces, including versatile dresses, a coral co-ord set, cargo trousers in blush and khaki and a blue-stripe linen suit, “showing customers multiple ways to style them and create different outfits, to make shopping and dressing easier as well as keep costs down”.

Stone added: “We understand our customers are looking to save money this year, or perhaps just be more mindful when shopping, so our latest campaign aims to make shopping stress-free but also help customers find quality pieces that can be styled in numerous ways. We want to really celebrate versatility with clothing, but also showcase how a dress doesn’t just have to be for a special occasion, when paired with trainers and a denim jacket it can create a whole new outfit and look.”
