House of Fraser appoints Pete Marsden interim CIO

House of Fraser, the UK department store retailer, last week appointed Pete Marsden its new interim chief information officer.

The appointment comes after the departure of Uday Kotla, who had only been in the role for four months. Kotla left House of Fraser to pursue other career opportunities and his departure was based on a mutual decision, the company said.

"We wish Uday every success in the future and the very best of luck," House of Fraser said. Marsden, who has previously worked at Asos among others, will report to Nigel Oddy, CEO and will work alongside Andy Harding.
