Hirshleifers x Off-White exclusive collection debuts with pop-up
Off-White has collaborated with New York retailer Hirshleifers for an exclusive shop-in-shop capsule collection, titled "Bedroom".
The capsule and pop-up shop, both designed by Off-White Creative Director Virgil Abloh, debuted today.
The capsule collection on display offers men's and women's pieces, includes a range of robes, lingerie, hoodies, t-shirts and an exclusive “binder clip" bag. The collection's color palette is dominated by a black, white and mint.
Hirshleifers first released photos of the capsule collection publicly on its Instagram account last week, posting several photos of a silky black pajama top, a black lace bra, a white t-shirt, black jeans and a hoodie that combine Off-White's signature street style with the comfort of homewear.
The collaborative pop-up makes its debut shortly after Off-White was named the hottest global fashion brand of 2018 by Lyst, jumping 33 places in the Lyst Index over the past year.
Previous to this collaboration, Hirshleifers lent its upscale space inside Americana Manhasset luxury mall to follow booming streetwear brand Kith for a similar high concept shop-in-shop. In addition, this marks Off-White's second major collaboration this year, after the brand partnered with Ikea in September.
The collection is currently available exclusively at the Hirshleifers brick-and-mortar location, but the retailer has suggested the possibility of a future online release on its Instagram.
