Henkel: a new president in charge of the Beauty division

The game of musical chairs continues at Henkel. The German consumer goods group (Fa, Diadermine, Syoss, Scorpio, Schwarzkopf, etc.) recently appointed Pascal Houdayer as Executive Vice-President of Henkel Beauty Care. He succeeds Hans Van Bylen, who was appointed President of Henkel's executive committee in place of Kasper Rorsted. The latter will leave the group on 30th April to take charge of Adidas.

Pascal Houdayer, 46, is currently Corporate Senior Vice-President of the Laundry & Home Care division. He will be appointed to Henkel's global executive committee on 1st March 2016, and will take charge of the Beauty division from 1st May. Pascal Houdayer joined Henkel in 2011, having acted in several managerial positions at Procter & Gamble beforehand.

In 2014, Henkel's Beauty Care division generated nearly €3.5 billion in revenue, with adjusted EBIT standing at €544 million.
