Celebrating Harrods' first Shoe Heaven anniversary, the upmarket department store unveils this September 5th a designer sneaker collection called Catch Me If You Can.

The collection features 20 of the most desirable footwear brands, including Kurt Geiger, Balenciaga, Dior, Givenchy, Miu Miu and Jimmy Choo - all presenting limited edition trainers designed especially for the occasion.

Helen David, Fashion Director of Harrods said: "From the opulence of Dolce & Gabbana's jewelled running shoes and Valentino's gold camouflage trainers, to the graphic minimalism of Givenchy's monochrome skater shoes, this quirky and fun collection showcases sneakers at their very best. Following on from last year's highly successful 'Silver Linings' collection, 'Catch Me if You Can' brings a sense of genuine luxury to what were once street wear essentials, but are now part of everyone’s wardrobe."

Harrods launched its Shoe Heaven footwear floor in 2014, unveiling a space of almost 42,000 sq ft on the fifth floor of the store. Designed by the late David Collins, with velvet banquet lounge seating and private shopping suites, Shoe Heaven is home to some of the world's most exclusive footwear pieces.
