Harper's Bazaar to launch in France

Following the footsteps of Vanity Fair, which is due to launch in France in June, Hqrper's Bazaar is the latest to land on French territory. American publishing house Hearst has joined forces with the French Marie-Claire to launch the magazine in France.

Harper's Bazaar is yet to give a launch date but they have revealed the name of its editor-in-chief: Alexandra Senes. The journalist, who previously worked at Jalouse magazine and has collaborated with L'Officiel, has started to build up her supporting team.

Harper's Bazaar France is Hearst's 30 international edition of the magazine which was founded in the United States in 1867. This year has also seen the launch of Harper's Bazaar Germany and Japan.
