H&M to open new store at Ilford's The Exchange

Real estate investment management firm Meyer Bergman just announced a number of major retail leasing deals for its Exchange shopping centre in Ilford, UK.

The main new name is Sweden's H&M, which is opening an 1,858 sqm. store, it's first at the centre. The 15-year lease will see H&M trade over two floors, selling its full range of menswear, womenswear and kidswear. The store will open in Autumn 2016.

Fashion retailer New Look has moved within the centre, upsizing to a 697 sqm. unit, and Sports Direct also recently moved into a bigger space, measuring 1,115 sqm.
