French Draco Partners teams up with U.K. Capita to bolster commercial real estate activity

French consulting firm Draco Partners, specialized in commercial real estate, has just announced a partnership (non-financial) with British commercial and office real estate firm Capita. The partnership is obviously an attempt to offer a broad range of services to clients seeking business opportunities in both France and the United Kingdom.

Draco Partners, led by Nicolas Olivaux, has always focused on national and international brands, marketing and leasing of store locations for institutional property investors and the sale and acquisition of stores and commercial buildings. To date, Draco Partners has completed investment transactions of over 700 million euros in asset value.

For its part, Capita’s portfolio in the UK holds properties totaling over 3.7 million square meters, including more than forty shopping centers and hundreds of commercial districts. The firm was instrumental in helping Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch establish themselves in Great Britain with forty stores, including the 1,600-square-meter flagship on Regent Street in London.
