Fragrance Shop launches monthly subscription service

The Fragrance Shop has launched a subscription service to give customers the opportunity to try new scents without having to buy a full bottle.


The service is called Scentaddict - Photo: The Fragrance Shops


Available for more than 200 designer scents, including top names from Viktor & Rolf, Diesel, Paco Rabanne and Dolce & Gabbana, first-time members will be sent a reusable 8ml atomiser with the fragrance of their choice, complete with The Fragrance Shop guarantee.

Each month, subscribers will receive a new refill for their atomiser, which contains enough scent for approximately 100 sprays. The fragrance selection can be changed anytime.

“Our data insight showed that 55% of consumers wear a different fragrance each day. By understanding our customer behaviour, we recognised the demand was there for an affordable way for them to try new scents without the long term commitment of buying a full bottle,” said TFS commercial director Adam Anderson.

“With scentaddict, we encourage them to ‘date' a variety of fragrances before they ‘marry’ one. This is just one of our latest initiatives that enables us to spray a little happiness into the lives of our customers by making luxury fragrance more accessible than ever.”

Customers can sign up from £12 per month, which can be redeemed against the price of a full sized bottle either in-store or online using a unique discount code.
