Published

Fragrance-led home and lifestyle brand Fabulosa has entered the UK convenience retail market with a  Spar UK distribution deal.

The group’s range of products will be made available throughout Spar’s network’s 600 convenience stores across the UK.

The company makes personal care products like body wash and body lotion, as well as scented home cleaning items. Throughout its ranges, the focus is on the fragrances of the products.

Adam Burnett, Fabulosa marketing director, said: “We love the different challenges and dynamics that each retail channel presents, and we are delighted to be introducing our extensive and innovative fragrance-led product portfolio to this sector. We have hugely ambitious expansion plans in place.”

Fabulosa is targeting further growth, having ended its latest financial year, to August 31 2021, with sales of £39 million, a 100% year-on-year uplift on the previous year.

Retail partners for the group already include B&M, Poundland, Home Bargains, Asda and Aldi.

Fabulosa has supplied more than 100 million units and launched more than 150 fragrances since its launch in 2019, custom-made by Fragrance Oils International, owned by perfumery and fragrance specialist Givaudan.
