Findra appoints sales consultant

Published

Scottish sportswear brand Findra has appointed Marco Librizzi in a new sales consultancy role to increase its wholesale activity and secure new retail partnerships across the UK.

Findra

Librizzi, an experienced sales executive, joins from lifestyle clothing brand Animal, where he served as head of sales. Prior to that he was sales director at 2pure, a distributor of bikes, clothing, components and nutrition.

In addition to overseeing Findra’s wholesale and retail strategies, he will help it realise its export ambitions, further supporting the brand’s commitment to continued nationwide and international growth.

Findra founder and CEO Alex Feechan, said: “The board recognised the need for a multi-channel approach to sales and distribution. Having identified wholesale opportunities as a key area of growth, we are delighted to welcome Marco to the team.

“His extensive experience in the bike and outdoor sports and clothing Industries speaks for itself. We are very excited to be working with Marco to grow our retail partners within the UK and beyond.”

Marco Librizzi added: “I have watched the brand closely since its launch, and the growth and development has been amazing, from a few products to a full- performance lifestyle brand in just a few years. I’m really looking forward to working with the brand’s retail partners and helping them take Findra to new heights.”

Based in Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders, the brand launched as a cyclewear label for women in 2014 and branched out into menswear last year. The business is backed by Tricapital and the Scottish Investment Bank, the investment arm of Scottish Enterprise.
