Finance Director Williams to step down from UK's Pittards

Pittards, the British specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has announced that Finance Director Jill Williams is leaving the company.

She has been with the company for 16 years and in the post of Finance Director for eight years. Williams will stay in the post until Pittards can find a suitable replacement and for a period afterwards, in order to ensure an orderly transition. When she steps down from the role, Williams will become a non-executive director.

Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, commented: "The board would like to express its appreciation to Jill for her valuable contribution to the Group as Finance Director during the last eight years.  This was a pivotal time in the history of Pittards and we are delighted that we are able to retain her experience on the board as a non-executive director as we enter a new strategic phase. The search for her successor is now underway."
