Fila appoints BTS as new global brand ambassadors
Fila announced today that it has signed BTS as global brand ambassadors making the record-breaking artists the new faces of the sportstyle brand.
As part of the collaboration, the seven members of the K-pop group will sport Fila in their upcoming appearances in South Korea, as well as across the Americas, Europe and the rest of Asia.
BTS will equally appear in an ad campaign set to release early next year, while they will promote Fila’s new campaign slogan: “One World, One Fila.”
“BTS’s passion, positivity and their genuine communication with fans are qualities that align with Fila. Their energetic and unique personalities also make them an optimal fit as brand ambassadors,” said Fila in a news statement. “We look forward to creating a meaningful synergy between two global brands.”
Fila equally teased that it will engage consumers and BTS fans in a variety of ways, through its unique brand identity and BTS’s personality.
BTS’s style has previously been sought out by fellow sportswear brands such as Puma in 2018 for a sold-out sneaker collaboration, while earlier this year Mattel announced the creation of a series of BTS dolls.
