Fila and Pepsi partner for a sporty capsule collection

Italian sporting goods brand Fila has partnered with Pepsi for a capsule collection inspired by the soft drink brand’s vintage persona.

The capsule features a casual, sporty range of men’s and women’s pieces in red, white and blue, including items like hats, t-shirts, leggings, shorts and a dress. The collaborative collection also features footwear, offering two star sneaker models: ‘The Creator’ and the ‘Disruptor II.’ Both shoes feature red, white and blue, and the collection’s Creator shoe marks the first collaboration for the men’s sneaker model. 

Available both online and in-store exclusively through DTLR Villa, items feature both companies’ logos along with designs pulled from Pepsi’s vintage imagery from the 50s. Prices range from $40 for a racer tank top to $85 for the Creator sneaker. 

The collection comes on the heels of a recent fashion release from Pepsi’s archrival, Coca-Cola. In June, Pepsi’s longtime competitor unveiled its capsule collection with Japanese label Facetasm, inspired by vintage Coca-Cola vendor fashions and the 50th anniversary of Coke’s 'It’s the Real Thing' campaign.
