For Art's Sake has officially opened the doors of its new Covent Garden store, complete with a selfie station, pastel-hued interiors and ‘Instagram spots’.

The London-based new eyewear brand said the space incorporates innovative features that encourage visitors to share photos across digital platforms, as Instagram played a key role in the brand’s growth since its launch in 2016.

In fact, the store is considered as an extension of its online marketing strategy, designed to engage with new audiences and showcase its latest designs.

Located within the Market Building, the store interior was designed by Aleksa Studio, which also created For Art's Sake’s new shop in Shanghai. The aesthetic is targeted at millennial shoppers, with mirror polished brass, blue velvet fabric and high gloss white timber, while solid curtain-walls match the company’s signature velvet packaging.

Aleksa Studio director Aleksa Rizova said: “The shop designs are inspired by the client For Art’s Sake’s key ethos to celebrate the bold woman – a playful power-dresser, both effortless and elegant. The interiors are refined and yet playful, designed with the millennial generation of shoppers in mind.”

For Art's Sake has also over 550 stockists around the world, including Harvey Nichols, Net-A-Porter, Yoox.com, and Lane Crawford.
