Within the agreement, Epic Rights will continue to build merchandising opportunities for their roster of artists with support from Bravado, whose past projects include a Sex Pistols capsule collaboration with fashion label Midnight Studios, a series of pop-up shops for The Weeknd's Starboy collection, and a Sgt. Pepper merchandise collection.

"As the industry's preeminent brand management company, we are constantly looking for ways to evolve our company while providing fans around the world with an ever-growing array of products and experiences," said Mat Vlasic, CEO of Bravado, in a release. "I'm excited to work with Dell, a true icon in our industry, and expand the Bravado portfolio."

A part of Universal Music Group, Bravado provides consumer, lifestyle and branding services to recording artists and entertainment brands around the world. The company currently represents artists and brands in over 40 countries and provides services including sales, licensing, branding, marketing and e-commerce. Bravado clients include Ariana Grande, Adele, Justin Bieber and Bryson Tiller, among others.
