Elizabeth Arden also said its net sales will now be at or above the high end of its prior forecast of $393 million to $403 million.

Analysts on average expect revenue of $403 million for the quarter, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

The company also said it plans to offer $225 million of senior notes due 2021. It said the net proceeds will be used to repurchase its senior subordinated notes due in 2014.
