END. opens fourth flagship with Manchester debut

Published

END. is continuing its fast physical stores expansion programme and has opened a flagship location in Manchester.

END

It follows the premium menswear retailer opening in Newcastle and Glasgow, with the new store covering 14,000 sq ft in the heart of Manchester.

It said the new store reflects the company’s “sleek modern design codes with unique architectural accents that pay homage to the city’s rich connection to cotton and textiles”.

And it added that it’s “an ambitious step for the retailer, demonstrating the brand’s dedication to community engagement by providing an inspiring physical space for customers to connect, discover and celebrate the latest releases from world-renowned fashion labels as well as emerging and cult designers”.

It covers two storeys of premium retail space along St Mary’s Gate with triple-height ceilings and a design consisting of premium marble, concrete, stainless steel, glass, mirror and maple to create a “monolithic landscape”.

The ground floor hosts its comprehensive selection of contemporary menswear brands, together with a “curated offering of sought-after Japanese labels and an extensive lifestyle area, alongside a dedicated wellbeing space carrying with premium skincare products, fragrances and cosmetics.

The first floor delivers its largest sneaker offering to date, along with luxury, streetwear and skate labels and a “dedicated launch zone designed to animate and amplify END.’s industry-leading campaigns”.

The store’s signature feature is “an unmissable scenic glass elevator wrapped in a wide bespoke marble staircase”. A large sunroof provides natural light and is intended to create a “refreshing gallery-like environment that celebrates the diverse range of fashion on offer”.

Manchester has been on the firm’s wish list for some time and the company said it has a strong community there  with consumers asking it to open a store there for years.
