E-tailer Libre London opens debut pop-up in Covent Garden's The Yards

Digital women’s fashion and vegan beauty specialist Libre London has opened a debut pop-up store at The Yards, Covent Garden.

The 2,000 sq ft space on Long Acre features an array of women’s clothing, jewellery, bags, and accessories, as well as vegan make-up and skincare. Open until the end of June, it joins a strong line-up of retailers at the destination, including & Other Stories, Lululemon and The White Company.

Libre London, which launched its first online store in 2021, also features a curated mix of products, ranging from big-label brands such as Fiorelli, Valentino, and Baims, to smaller independents such as Acala, Sintra Naturals, and Penti.

The retailer said it has adapted to the changing consumer demands around fashion and skincare and now “holds a strong position in the online retail market for women… following significant success in the online sphere".

Beril Zehra Usta, Director at Libre London, said: “We have achieved so much since launching two years ago and we are now ready to take that next step and trial our first physical space. The Yards is a prominent location in an established area of the capital, and with our forward-thinking approach to fashion and the close-knit community we have been able to build with our consumers, this space matches our vision perfectly."

Abi Labbett, Senior Director at co-operator CBRE, added: “As The Yards nears letting completion, pop-ups like Libre London allow us to be flexible and trial new, innovative concepts.”

The latest follows the recent pop-up of luxury fashion brand Odd Muse, at The Yards throughout March.
