Footwear may have had a tough year in 2020, but it’s bouncing back and Dune London is expanding. The retailer has opened a new store in Edinburgh’s new lifestyle district, St James Quarter.

The new 1,689 square foot store, which will showcase the brand’s women’s, men’s and accessories collections, also incorporates new “unique premium features” for the brand's updated interior design.

A key elements of the design include stepped window displays and a feature bookcase. Rose gold detailing is also a key statement in the store, used on the table frames, bookcases and window display with large feature lightboxes showcasing seasonal brand imagery.

Dune London’s founder and CEO Daniel Rubin said: “Edinburgh is a top location for Dune London. The impressive St James Quarter I’m sure will become the preeminent shopping destination in the city”.

St James Quarter is one of the UK’s major shopping district developments and should become a key tourist attraction once life gets back to normal. It has attracted a large number of brands in recent months.

Dune London seems to have a fondness for new developments and late last year opened at Broadgate, adjacent to London’s Liverpool Street station.
