Metafashion retailer DressX has once again partnered with Dundas to bring the brand’s looks to Roblox.

Dubbed 'The DressX x Dundas Party Drop', the collection of digital wearables was inspired by iconic celebrity looks. It consists of five items that provide hyper-realistic and inclusive 3D clothing that fit any avatar body type, thanks to Roblox’s 'Layered Clothing' technology.

In particular, the collection includes the Queen Bey gold crown inspired by one of Beyonce’s Grammy Awards outfits, a metaverse party-perfect embellished dress and a Barbie-inspired pink 90s mini dress. Completing the collection are two logo-embellished Dundas merch pieces.

In May 2022, DressX became the first pure-play digital fashion brand to drop a collection on Roblox and has sold over 50,000 items from the debut collection.

“We are proud to kick-off the New Year 2023 with yet another exciting drop created together with the renowned fashion brand and a beloved designer to celebrities worldwide, Dundas,” said DressX founders Daria Shapovalova and Natalia Modenova.

“Taking inspiration from the brand’s famous red carpet designs, we are sure that our new Party Drop will quickly find its fans and become a go to choice for any special occasion on Roblox and in the metaverse. We are honored to continue our close relationship with Dundas and keep on supplying Roblox users with the high-fashion digital designs.”

Peter Dundas, in partnership with Evangelo Bousis, launched his eponymous brand in 2017 with Beyoncé Knowles at the Grammy Awards. Today, Dundas regularly dominates many red carpet moments dressing high profile personalities at key global events including the Oscars, Grammy’s, Met Gala, Cannes Film Festival and the Super Bowl Live Halftime show, among others.

The fashion brand, together with DressX, first launched a collection of six digital wearables in September.

“At Dundas, we are proud to continue our ongoing collaboration with DressX, dropping our second collaborative collection on Roblox. Our main goal is to utilize the new opportunities digital fashion brings to the industry and help the Metaverse generation to get creative wearing some of the most recognizable celebrity looks turned digital,” said Peter and Evangelo.

“With the incredible amount of attention and demand we have seen from our previous drop, we are very excited to receive the community’s response to our new Party Drop we have been carefully preparing with DressX.”
