Following editions in Amsterdam and New York, denim festival Denim Days will launch its first event in Nashville. The organization announced on its website that on 10 and 11 November 2018 Nashville Denim Days will be held at the Marathon Music Works event space, 1402 Clinton Street.

According to the website, Nashville Denim Days Festival will connect ‘casual indigo fans and full-on denim-heads alike’ to the industry through brand activations, hands-on workshops by artisans and denim mills, a vintage market, live entertainment, and local food and drinks.

"Last year we brought Denim Days to New York because we believed the concept would resonate with the New York denim scene – and we could not have asked for a better reception," said Andrew Olah. "Nashville is playing an increasingly important role in the American denim and fashion industry, and with its large creative community and deep roots in music, we felt that the city was a natural fit for Denim Days."

In addition, on 11 November a one-day street bazaar will take place outside of the Marathon Music Works venue, which will include games, art and selfie stations, to name but a few activities.

Denim Days launched in 2014 with its first edition in Amsterdam. The denim event was founded by House of Denim, a platform for craftsmanship, sustainability and innovation in the denim industry, in collaboration with Modefabriek, Kingpins Show and HTNK Fashion recruitment & consultancy. In 2016 the platform announced a New York City edition, which was first held in 2017.

The program for the Nashville Denim Days 2018 is yet to be announced.
