The one billion dollar target has been met. The Israeli group specialised in underwear and activewear has indeed announced that it surpassed this symbolic number in its 2014 financial year ended on 31 December. The final total for the year is 1.03 billion dollars, or a 6% increase for the year.

It is the sixth consecutive year of growth for the group which holds its own brands (Delta Israel, Schiesser), a license-holder (for Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Converse, Marc O'Polo and Pierre Cardin), and a manufacturer for prestigious clients like Calvin Klein, Nike, Triumph, Etam, Marks & Spencer, Dim, etc.

In terms of profit, the operating income for 2014 totalled 74.4 million dollars, up 9%. Net income saw the same growth, reaching 48.4 million dollars.

For 2015, notably thanks to the signing of its two latest licenses (Lacoste and Marc O'Polo), Delta Galil expects its revenue to go up once again, approximately 3 to 5%. As for its net profit, the group is expecting a 0 to 6% increase.
