Delpozo names Pablo Badía as its new general director
Delpozo now has a new general director. The brand, which is owned by the group Perfumes y Diseño, has named Pablo Badía to the position. He will form part of the executive committee and will report directly to Pedro Trolez, president and owner of the parent company.
Badía comes with ample experience in retail and has joined Delpozo in order to lead growth and expansion of the brand. The label entered a new phase upon its re-launch five years ago and appointment of Josep Font as creative director.
He will replace Carlos Trolez, who will go on to act as the associate financial director of the Madrid-based company, a position he held prior to becoming the interim general internal.
Pablo Badía has previously worked at Karen Miller, Carolina Herrera and Camper, among others. Before arriving at Delpozo, he was the general director of Spain and Portugal for Children Worldwide Fashion.
Currently, Delpozo has more than 100 points of sale around the world, including online platforms and its stores in Madrid and London. The company expects to open a new store in Dubai for the fall.
